Phone is in great condition except for a few scratches by the charging point. Arrived 2 days earlier than expected which was fantastic. The phone did arrive with the previous owners Google account details still logged in. It took a long time trying to remove the Google Account from the phone as I did not have the password to verify who I was. It took many attempts in individual apps to remove the Google Account and a full factory reset for details to be removed.

    Good phone for someone having to leave a Windows 950XL phone experience

    I have been seeking to replace a Windows 950XL since Microsoft pulled the plug and WhatsApp is no longer supported. Android is not best fit for me but since I cannot get on with IOS I don't have much choice. After a week with this Mate 20 pro I don't have any complaints. This device is grade B refurbished at £244, it only needed new lens glass to make right. Considering the price of current flagships and mid range devices the Mate 20 pro still holds it's own and performs well. To me this was better value than going for a current midrange model. This device updated to Android 10 and EMUI 10 with an April 1st 2020 security patch in early June 2020. The battery life is everything the reviews say.     Mate 20 pro

    Very good. Product as described. No physical dents. Arrived on time had all accessories. I had the battery on 98% yesterday haven't charged it and today it is currently on 48% so much better than my old phone. Would highly recommend the mate 20 Pro to anyone. It is an ex demo. Not sure how it compares to brand new, but seems to be fine.

    Mate 20 pro

    Excellent phone very intuitive, battery life is excellent over 2 days on a charge with heavy use, endless settings to personalise to your own taste. Apps galore, also plenty quick doing multiple tasks with ease.and of course the camera is the best on the market bar none, can highly recommend this phone.
